Wetting agents are an indispensable tool for turf managers, particularly when working with sandy soils or compacted surfaces. By improving water infiltration and water retention, wetting agents contribute to healthier turf, better root development, and reduced water consumption, making them a vital part of golf course management.
Aquaritin Sparc It has dual-charged properties, allowing the product to interact with both negatively and positively charged particles in the soil. The product modifies soil surface tension, improving water infiltration and distribution in hydrophobic soils. It is particularly effective on sandy greens and fairways that dry unevenly.
Aquaritin Sparc improves nutrient uptake by binding both cationic and anionic nutrients, thereby increasing the soil's nutrient retention capacity in soils with low cation exchange capacity (CEC). The product can also help to buffer pH variations in the root zone, thereby providing more consistent turf performance.
In field trials, Aquaritin Sparc performed as well as or better than market-leading wetting agents applied at doses 4 to 14 times higher than Sparc.

A standard jar test to check compatibility with existing programmes is strongly recommended.
