All Clear Extra

Why use this product?

All Clear® Extra is an effective cleaning agent that works through the use of three different components. Wetting agent: Reduces surface tension, allowing the cleaning water to penetrate small pockets and crevices that are around the sprayer.

At the same time, it lubricates taps/valves and seals, making them easier to use after cleaning. Monoethanolamine: Raises the pH of the wash water, which facilitates the dissolution/cleaning of pesticides, oil film, and other residues in the sprayer. Release agent: Encapsulates released active particles so that they do not settle elsewhere, but are rinsed out of the sprayer. Together, these three components provide a fast and safe cleaning of the sprayer after use of plant protection products. The new formulation of All Clear® Extra has been further improved with reduced foaming.

Cleaning of spray equipment

  • The sprayer is completely emptied of spray liquid in the field.
  • After spraying is completed, the sprayer is thoroughly rinsed with clean water, both inside and out. Empty the tank by spraying the rinse water out through the boom/nozzle. The rinse water can optionally be sprayed over the crop that has just been sprayed.
  • Fill the sprayer with water – 10-15% of tank capacity (100-150 litres of water in a 1,000 litre tank) and add 0.5 litres of All Clear® Extra per 100 litres of water. Flush a little rinsing water out through the boom and sprayer nozzles so that they are well flushed through. Flush through hoses and boom. Then start the agitation and let it run for 15 minutes. Empty the sprayer through the boom/spreader in an appropriate manner.
  • Dispersers, strainers and filters should be cleaned separately using cleaning agent (50 ml All Clear® Extra per 10 l water).
  • Rinse the sprayer thoroughly with clean water and leave the agitation running for 5 minutes. Empty the sprayer through the boom and nozzles appropriately. When using a tank cleaning nozzle and clean water tank, point 2 above can advantageously be started in the field. Likewise, if there is enough water in the clean water tank, point 3 above can also be started. The tank cleaning nozzle and agitation should be kept running during the journey home. The rinsing water should be spread on areas where it cannot harm trees or sensitive crops, and ensure that it does not contaminate watercourses, wells or sewage pipes.
